A Sounding Board for Our Voices
Several weeks ago, I spoke at length with the EEA (Evanston Education Association) President, Karen Bowns. Our discussion brought to the forefront a need that does not currently seem to be addressed in our community: A way for citizens to sound out about the events that are taking place in town. (And indeed to keep each other sufficiently informed about these events.)
After doing some research , a blog seemed to be the most reasonable and cost efficient way to provide this community service....So sound out EVANSTON!!! Just please follow a few rules...yes of course, we have them here too.

- Please be civil.
- Use intelligent language (swearing belongs in the bar not on a blog).
- Be honest.
- Let's not get personal.
Thanks.
